1. Submit Your Design Details
Please provide your product design or reference images. You may use your own design, or choose from our existing designs which can be customized to meet your requirements. Once the design is finalized, we will proceed with quotation.

2. Select Your Leather Material
We offer a variety of leather options for your selection. After confirming the material, we will provide a quotation within 3–5 days.

3. Confirm Quotation & Sample Development
Once you approve the price, please sign and return the quotation. We will then produce a sample for your review and adjustments before mass production.

4. Production Process
Production will begin only after the sample is fully approved (100%) by the client.

The estimated delivery time will be specified in the quotation. The timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the order quantity.

How to Make Payment

1. 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required after the sample has been fully approved, prior to mass production.
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery of the goods.

1. Please inspect all items upon delivery.
2. Any incorrect or defective items must be reported within 5 days, with photo evidence provided. We will arrange a replacement accordingly.
3. Damage caused after delivery is not covered under warranty, as all items undergo strict quality control prior to shipment.

1. The client provides product references, images, and complete specifications for smooth project execution.
2.The client finalizes decisions on materials and components for sample development.
3. Material sourcing for sample production takes approximately 7–10 business days.
4. Please provide your logo in AI file format with the desired embossing size. We will proceed with creating a brass mold, starting from 500 THB. If you already have your own mold, please inform us in advance.
5. We will proceed with sample development once all details are confirmed by the client.
6. Sample production takes approximately 7–10 business days, including quality control (QC).
7. After QC is completed, the sample will be delivered to the client for review and approval before mass production.
8. To proceed with bulk production, the client must confirm by issuing a Purchase Order (PO) to our sales team.
9. In case of cancellation, remake, or project termination, a sample development fee will be charged at 8–10 times the quoted unit price per piece.
